This podcast is hosted by The Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell. Judge Rendell is the Chairman of the Board of The Rendell Center and a Judge on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. A fair and impartial judiciary is among the bedrocks of our nation’s constitutional structure. It’s the mechanism that implements and safeguards the rule of law. The podcasts will explore the role of judges and courts in our democracy and the importance of a fair and impartial judiciary.
